Product Responsibility & Service Policy
1. Warranty Period
Siyari provides support and service for products purchased from us for a period of 3 months from the original date of purchase. After the completion of 3 months, Siyari shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, breakage, manufacturing issues, or product-related concerns.
2. Repairs & Modifications
Any repairs, alterations, resizing, polishing, stone replacements, or modifications—whether done at Siyari or by any external jeweller—void all warranties and release Siyari from any future responsibility related to the product. This includes, but is not limited to:

Changes in metal purity

Diamond/stone loosening or falling

Structural weakness due to external work

Colour changes or plating issues after third-party handling
3. Third-Party Interference
Siyari is not liable for damages arising from mishandling, negligence, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or wear and tear occurring due to daily usage.
4. Authenticity & Certificates
Certificates and authenticity documents must be retained by the customer. Loss of certification may affect future service eligibility and valuation.
5. Custom Orders & Personalised Items
Custom-made or personalised products are not eligible for exchange, return, or warranty claims once delivered, unless a proven manufacturing defect is established within 3 months.
6. Product Images & Natural Variations
Minor variations in colour, texture, stone inclusions, and finishing are natural. Such variations do not constitute a defect and are not covered under warranty.
7. Liability Limitation
Siyari shall not be responsible for:

Accidental damage

Misuse or mishandling

Loss or theft

Damage caused after third-party intervention
Siyari reserves the right to amend policies without prior notice.
