If you wish to make changes after your purchase, you may use our Exchange Policy or Lifetime Buyback Policy (details available separately). These options allow you to exchange your jewelry or avail buyback benefits while ensuring the value of your purchase is protected.

• Refunds or direct returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

• Engraved, resized, or altered products are not eligible for exchange or buyback.

• All exchanges or buybacks must comply with the conditions outlined in their respective policies.
