Definition

“Jewelry” refers to the pre-designed jewelry or jewelry set with gold and lab-grown diamonds available for sale on our website or in our retail stores. All Jewelry is sold on an “as is” basis. “Mounts” are designs that hold a diamond(s) in place, which may or may not include diamonds. Customers can select Mounts and diamonds separately to create customized jewelry. “Loose Diamonds” are individual diamonds that can be purchased without being set on Mounts.

The trademarks, names, logos, and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without prior written permission from the website owner.

Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices may change from time to time due to fluctuations in the prices of precious metals and diamonds, which may affect our prices as well. The metal price on the day of purchase or advance payment will be considered in the final pricing for the customer.

Prices on www.siyari.com and in Siyari Jewellers LLP stores are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price listed on the day of purchase.

Pricing may vary slightly due to differences between the metal and diamond estimate provided on the website and the actual finished product. Any increase or decrease will be collected from or refunded to the customer at the time of the final sale.

Other Information

This website provides access to trading, pricing, news, and other information services related to diamonds and jewelry. Certain services on this website are for the use of members only. The website offers services for members who wish to purchase diamonds or jewelry for personal consumption, including customized and ready-made jewelry.

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes, items may be represented larger than their actual size to clearly show details, or smaller than their actual size to show the entire item. The company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.

We, as a merchant, shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction, due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit agreed upon with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Severability

Cancellation & Returns

Refunds will be made for any canceled orders. Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing the order are entitled to a full refund, subject to the deduction of payment gateway charges of 1%. Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a processing charge of Rs. 1000, which will be borne by the customer along with 1% payment gateway charges.

For customized orders, making charges will be charged and forfeited. You can cancel one item within an order without canceling the entire order if it contains two or more items.

• For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
• For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

Once the product is returned under our 15 Day Money Back policy (not applicable on coins), the refund will be credited to your account. You may choose to either make another purchase or get the amount refunded to your bank account.

Upon cancellation or return of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded back to the gift card.

Applicable Laws

Use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the state of Telangana, India. The parties agree that the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement.

As per current guidelines mandated by the Government of India, customers must provide a Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above INR 2 lakh in a day.

Free Gifts

All free gifts are treated as discounts. In case of partial cancellation or returns of orders with a free gift, the refunded amount will not include the discount attributed to the free gift.
